About This Position

A successful candidate will join Avitide in this role to provide support to our growing team by managing our staff kitchen, arranging daily lunches, providing scheduling and logistics for visitors and recruits and other ad hoc clerical activities. Hours for this part-time role are approximately 9am-2pm, with flexibility needed. Avitide seeks candidates who are detail oriented, highly self-motivated and can work in a collaborative fashion with other interdisciplinary team members in a fast-paced company that seeks to transform downstream bioprocessing. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage/stock kitchen and supply room
  • Arrange daily team lunch including set-up and clean-up
  • Assist with planning and executing company events
  • Schedule and make logistical arrangements for visitors and recruits
  • Other administrative and clerical activities as needed
